We are looking for ambitious council officers who are keen to unlock their leadership potential, take on every challenge with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, and turn feedback into opportunity. Those who are passionate about delivering impactful results to local residents across the country. Potential leaders who are proactive and have an appetite to learn and develop as they move through their careers.
We seek out local government officers who strike a balance of the key skills and behaviours listed in the above competencies, so contestants bring a range of perspectives and can be inspired by and learn from each other.
